Refund & Return Policy

We have a 3-day return policy, which means you must request a return within 3 days of receiving your item.

To be eligible, the item must be unused, in original condition, and in original packaging, along with proof of purchase.

To start a return, contact us at info@cyclebazaar.pk. Approved returns should be sent to Islamabad. Items sent without prior approval will not be accepted.

Damages & Issues

Please check your order upon delivery. If the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us immediately so we can resolve the issue.

Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for:

• Used or damaged items (after delivery)
• Custom or special-order items
• Sale items or gift cards

Exchanges

To exchange an item, return the original product first (if eligible), then place a new order.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
